<p />Wanted to do something I have never done on the egg this evening, so went with this. Followed a simple recipe, with a just a few modifications, from the link provided at the bottom of page. Next time i'll ditch the cream of mushroom approach and just go with an onion mix. But still good this way!
Kinda looks like meat loaf, or burgers without the bun, but was very tasty from what I know salisbury steak to be.

Did the best I could to mold them in oval shapes. Stable temp of 350.

30 minutes at 350, then brished on some cream of mushroom, then and addition 10 minutes and finished. They look like mozaralla burgers
