looks like a napolitano. Do you find the basil gets too crispy by adding it before the cooking? I've been adding it after.

you have done what i was thinking was the way to do pizza...[p]i have done them many ways[p][p]
DEEP DISH!! it was tastey but the second time i tried it was "Soupy"[p]
i was not happy but the "Brick oven itialian style" is MY way of eating pizza.[p][p]this is one i was not fully happy with and after i thought about it i thought the way you egged it was the way to go...[p][p]only thing i gotta add is there is only one pizza sauce i have found that is ANY good is this one[p]
