Brisket or Butt leftover idea

<p />There are lots of butts and briskets going this weekend. Here is a recipe I adapted from another board. The original recipe called for actual potatoes and such, so I simply modified it to Cracker Barrel's hash brown casserole recipe with meat. Just add leftover brisket or pulled pork, amounts to your liking. A smidge of leftover brisket juice or low sodium beef broth is a plus. I use mozzarella cheese with cheddar too.
