They are much, much better undercooked than over. I would guess 5 min a side 225. Good luck!

I cook mine just like a filet -- high temps to 1 minute a side, depending on thickness, maybe 2 minutes. 2 minutes dwell time then onto the plate.[p]Confused now??[p]B~F

choo choo,[p]I do mine at 500-600 degrees for about 2 minutes/side or so. I posted a picture of a 2 inch thick tuna steak done in a BGE a few months ago (I think it was with onion marmalade)? You might try to find it in the archives. Overcooked tuna looses all flavor IMO, but it is all what you like especially with fish.
