I have a recipe that calls for MSG. Anyone know of something I can sub for that?

    Papaya is used in some dishes that brakes down the toughness of meats and imparts a soft flavor. Indian tandoori has some.[p]I believe that Accent will do the same job.[p]

    Yes Accent will do the the same job, because Accent is pure MSG....there is no replacement for MSG... the ingreadent of the Gods....Just don't tell anybody it's in there and there will be no reactions....
