Whole Fresh Ham?
Anyone ever cooked a whole fresh ham on the egg? How many pounds fit on a large? Does it turn out like a butt in terms of pulled pork, or is it more roast-like and better for slicing?

I cooked a fresh ham,weight about 12 lbs at 325*F. I scored the skin and added garlic slivers,salt, and pepper and fresh rosemary. More of a roast and delicious.Willie
