    BBQsmoker,
Im gonna do a combination of practice cooks for PA Eggfest and Eggtoberfest.
Stuffed bread for sure, but also working on a marinade for some boneless chicken thighs. I need a new recipe as I really cant make the current version of the sweet latina method work well, so I may have to retire it.

    BBQsmoker,
I think we'll do burgers. We're trying to get some friends/neighbors that have an apple press to bring it over so we can press all our apples. We have lots. And we're hoping to invite a few other families and have them pick stuff to take home that is just falling on the ground. Previous owners were a bit over enthusiastic when they put in the orchard. <g> So I want to keep it simple since the focus is on cleaning up the yard -- I mean, providing our friends with produce.[p]gwen

BBQsmoker,[p]Got an invite to a pool party, on Monday and trying to figure out what I can cook before going... [p]I really want something that will make them be impressed with egg cooking... [p]Keep in mind, I am still a somewhat newbie, so my choices are limited... Brisket is out...[p]Any suggestions?[p]Thanks...

AnnaG,[p] In tha past, I have done baby back ribs. Have the butcher cut them in half long ways. You'll get double the food (appearance wise) and everyone will get a taste. Plus, you have more 'real estate' for rub and sauce.[p]Good luck,
Egg-N-Tino[p]P.S. Ribs/Butt and Tri-Tip are on the menu for this weekend at my house.

    BBQsmoker,
Lamb chops, ribs, tri-tip steak. The usual stuff with fresh garden tomatoes, corn, peppers, beans.
