<p />Hee is set up for 12 and 14 pound brisket cooked for 22 hours. I used the extension grid but now have TJV's Adjustable rig which will work better and give me more room.[p]

Here is a pic of the 14 pounder 22 hours later. The Top 12 pounder was removed at 21 hours. The bottom had to go a little more.[p]
