I saw this advertised in the back of the latest issue of Chile Pepper Magazine. It looked like something that the fine folks here would like.[p]Enjoy,

KennyG,
I may have to absorb the exchange and Canflation and get me one of those too! I've done them with long wooden skewers holding them, about six jalapenos to a skewer and then the skewer leaned against a firebrick, but this is much more pur-ty. One stuffing I didn't see suggested is the one I use: smoked chicken or turkey processed or chopped fine with Monteray Jack cheese and wrapped with a bacon slice. Mighty fine eats!
