I bought a 3.5lber for $3.50. What part of the pork is this exactly? Bone in? I can't tell cause it's still frozen. 2 hrs. per lb. for smokin'? Also any suggestions on preperation?
Thanx Molly

    <p />cooknbiker,
2 hours a pound is too long for lean pork.
i usually get full 9 pound pork loins and cut em in half. only takes around 2 hours at 250 to get to 145 internal.[p]i just apply a dry rub prior to smoking, then sauce near the end. i usually use apple chips with pork loins
