MikeS.,[p]I've attached the link from a chicken I did about a week or so ago. Came out great. Times and temps are there. Good luck with the bird, ours turned out great. Made stock with the carcas and we're having soup tonight in fact. A little of the extra chicken meat and some veggies mixed with the stock should be good. Stock has a great smoky flavor to it also.[p]
