Bear Claw for Pulling?
Comments

Fudge,
Hawgeyes in Ankeny Iowa has them, try bringing up Hawgeyes on the internet. I believe that will get it for you. Bucky

Fudge,
They are good for pulling many butts quickly, but not for finesing the pork in to smaller pieces and sorting out the undesirable parts. If I do just one butt I don't bother getting them dirty. BTW they are dangerous if you have small children around.

Fudge,
I think they are awesome.... just type it in on google I as I can't remember where I got them.
-
Fudge,
I've got a set of gloves from my Ronco rottissere (sp?) and I just let my butt rest in foil for 30-45 minutes, open up the foil and pull it with my hands. takes about a minute to pull a 8 pounder

Fudge,
No, they are not a gimmick. They really work, are worth every penny and are dishwasher-safe on top of that.
-
Fudge,[p] I have a pair; however, the only time I use them is when I need to pull more then a couple butts and I am in a hurry. Even pork at 165 degs gets too hot to handle with gloves after the second one.

Fudge,
I use them for pork butts. Saves my hands from the hot meat. Definitely recommend highly.
