Lamb Kebabs a la GirlyEggÕs Tri-Tip Marinade

This was great! I had to use a lamb sirloin steak on hand. [p]GirlyEgg used a marinade of soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, roasted chili oil, garlic, juice of 2 limes, and cilantro on her tri-tip, So I used the soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes (couldnÕt find the chili oil in my overloaded refrigerator), and a squeeze of lime juice. No cilantroÑmine has gone to seed. I didn't measure anything. The pepper flakes were especially tasty!

Skewered the leg slice of lamb with red onion and mushrooms on a raised grid at 375¼, lid closed except to turn the skewers.
