I have been asked to bring a batch of stuffed jalapenoes to a football party this evening. These are simply pickled jalapenoes cu in half, stuffed with tuna salad the cheese melted on top. I'm wondering if putting them in the egg for the cheese melting part would be a good idea? I'll already have the egg fired up for chicken that I am taking. What do ya'll think?

Sandi,
That should work well on the Egg. Just use the time and temp your recipe calls for as if you were doing them in the oven.

Sandi,
I agree with JimW.
There are many recipes out there for veggies on the EGG. The smoke flavor adds to the jalapenoes that your guests will enjoy as something new and tasty!
Good luck and post results.
