artichokes
Has anyone cooked an artichoke on the Egg. I couldn't find anything in the receipt sections or the archives.

Rich B,[p]I have not tried this recipe, but it looks like it may be worth a try. Take a look at the last recipe on this page http://www.artichokes.org/recipes.html . I would follow the recipe and use 350º-400º as the temperature and do them direct. This look like one I may have to try myself.[p]Ashley
