Dr. Seuss,
Season a filet of salmon anyway you like; place it on a soaked cedar or alder plank (about 1/8 -1/4 in thick; usually available at Q shops or Home depot); place the plank on a 300 degree bed of lump or on the grill over the lump and cook for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy.

Dr. Seuss,
I've been using the following recipe for a year and it's excellent.[p]http://biggreenegg.com/recipes/newRecipes/seafood0088.htm[p]You can purchase the alder plank at Cook's Nook (cooksnook.com). Tell them you heard about them on the BGE forum and they may give you a discount.[p]Peddler
