Reheating Ribs on the Egg
Question - is it possible to make ribs the night before and then heat up the last part on the egg?[p]I'm thinking maybe 3-1-1 with the last 1 being a day later. Has anyone tried this? I'm having company on a week night and won't have time.[p]Of course there's steak/pizza/chicken/fish you name it as a back up

RedwoodCityQ,[p]I did this for the 4th of July. Cooked my ribs, with about 1/2 hr to go. Froze/vacuumed sealed and drove to Morgan Hill three days later and reheated them on a "Weber" for about 30 minutes at a low temp of about 250. Turned out like I have been cooking them on my Egg for five hours. Turned out great

Glad it worked out so well.[p]I'm thinking stopping at the foil stage would be a good place.[p]H

Caveman Smoker,
Thanks for the reply. I'm going for it. I don't have a vacuum sealer, but I'll carefully use some big bags.
