Oh man, my favorite Desert Island food (what one food would you take with you to a desert island?). Cover them with Dizzy Pig, low and slow for a couple of hours with some good smoke, and then add some sauce if you like near the end. To die for.....[p]TNW

What do you think around 300 degree til internal temp 140 or so ??

I do them 225-250 for about 2 hours. The one's I get are relatively thin, no more than 3/4"[p]TNW

I'd go more like 275 direct over the coals until you have a nice crust and 170 or more internal. Or until a toothpick slides in and out real easy like.
