I love a roasted domestic duck. How do I get that juicy meat and the crispy skin? Any ideas?[p]Larry

    Larry,
v-rack with drip pan, 350* at 30 min per pd. I like to rub the interior and exterior with salt and pepper. Then liberally sprinkle with Hungarian paprika.

  • JJ,
Thanks, JJ. Bought the EGG a couple of weeks ago and had to leave town. Since I got back, we've cooked a minimum of 1 meal/day on the EGG.
Just finished a Hot Wings lunch. Incredible. Just incredible.
    Duck tonight.[p]Regards,[p]Larry

    Larry,
You and Nature Boy can have afternoon lunch "cook-offs" and try to out-do each other by 1pm. I love the Egg but I don't use it for lunch very often like NB and you seem to. Enjoy the Egg and welcome to the forum, scream if you need help.[p]Tim
