Fastest Pork Butt Ever!

I know, I know, it's done when it's done. However, I've NEVER had one finish so fast. 7.00# bone-in butt went on last night at 9-ish, and held 250 to 290 dome temp through the night. At 9:30 this morning, I decided to check the internal temp, and it was 202 to 204 across the entire piece of meat. Foiled, wrapped in newspaper, and into the cooler it sits.[p]So my question is this: could the quick cook be because it was a bone-in butt? One other factor that might have an effect: the pig was from a local farm and was processed Saturday morning and into my hands at noon, so VERY fresh. [p]As usual, thanks to everyone for your hel;p and advice![p]PJ St. Fern
