Good Morning All!
I've had my BGE for about a month... but I'm still doing "firsts"... so please bear with me!

Today I'm doing Baby Back Ribs. Here's my plan....

-Remove membrane
-Rub on front and bone side... less on bone side - room temp
-Freezer for 45 minutes
-BGE at 250 degrees
-Ribs on rib rack for 3 hours
-Glaze with sauce
-Raise temp to 325 degrees (I like a little crisp)
-Lay flat on grate for 30 min (glaze again at 15 min)

What do you think?
