I just looked at the package again, and I noticed they are "Boneless Country Style Ribs". Does this give any clearer indication of whether these things are lean or fatty or how they should be cooked?[p]Wahooegger

With my limited knowledge of 20 years in the grocery business, they are going to be extremely lean.
They are probably cut from a boneless pork loin. I'm assuming you paid around $2.49 to $3.99lb. If not, then, I don't know what you have unless I see a pic. [p]Mike
