Indirect Spare Ribs Help Request

Unknown
edited November -0001 in EggHead Forum
Would like to do Spare Ribs indirect with the Platesetter this weekend. Can you all give me some hints as far as trimming (as opposed to baby-backs), cook time, temp, etc. Going to use V rack but unsure if they should still be turned periodically, left alone, spritzed, etc. Also some opinions on how to guage doneness (measured temp?) would be appreciated. THANKS!!
