Gettin ready to take my maiden voyage on the good ship beef tenerloin. I am looking for some tried & true recipes, seems like I remember something called drunk & dirty beef tenderloin. I didn't see it in the recipe section. If anyone has a link to that I would be interested as well as any others recipes.[p]I'll be cookin it for dinner tomorrow.[p]Thanx in advance,
Jethro

Nature Boy,[p]Thanks for the tip buddy. I sent SloMo's recipe to the printer and will head over to GFW's site and do the same. I'll let the little woman make the final decision.[p]Soaking some hickory for some ribs for tonights dinner. Don't be mad but these will be the first ever non NB's Ginger Mahogany ever done on our BGE. No time to marinade and also just probably time to try something else. I'll bet we'll be back to NB's next time - - - or maybe Cat's or well they'll be ribs.[p]Beer stop earlier today - one Mai-Bock and 6 packs of Sam Adams - Oct Fest, America's Brewing Co - Walter Payton Pilsner, and one of my regulars Spaten - Optimator.[p]Smoke, Beers, Ribs, Burp,

Jethro,
I am honored that you even tried my recipe! Cat's ribs are incredible. You will enjoy them...and you have never had anything like it I bet![p]Oooo MaiBock is one of my favorites. Weeping Radish (in the outer banks of NC) is a killer one...best I have tried. Have not had Walter Payton pilsner, but a well done pilsner (hard to do) is one of my favs. Spaten Optimator. Now you are talkin. No gettin behind the wheel after multiple Spatens and Maibocks![p]Enjoy the ribs...and the tenderloin!

Natureboy, that link is giving me an "HTTP 404".
Is it me and my computer?
I know the forum was being weird yesterday, maybe something's up.
EDIT! OOOps, just realized I was research archives...
Was thinking this was a recent thread.
I'll search around more..
