The Mad Greek Gyros with Tsatsiki sauce, Strawberry milkshake
I just got back from Las Vegas and I stopped at The Mad Greek restaurant in Baker on the way to and from Vegas.[p]I had a Greek Gyro made with beef and lamb and some tsatsiki sauce on the side. Also had their famous Strawberry and vanilla milkshake.[p]WOW, that stuff is awesome.[p]Anyone have any gyro recipes for the egg? also, if you know a good tsatsiki sauce recipe please post. That was some very good eating.

i just looked up alton browns recipe. i could have sworn the tzatziki at mad greeks had some dill in it. have you tried it with dill?
