How about cooking bacon on egg? Platesetter with drip pan. How long to cook and what temps.

Cook indirect at 300 with drip pan.Cook for twenty minutes one side and flip for another twenty minutes or till they are cooked the way you like them.

Thanks, did this a couple of years ago and am getting too senile to remember anything that simple

You can modify the cook for pig candy with one half cup of brown sugar and one quarter teaspoon and cayenne pepper or your favorite dry rub and sprinkle it on top of the bacon after you turn it over for the second twenty minutes of the cook.This is really good stuff if you have never had it.
