Chicken leg holders from Target
I know I saw this just the other day on the board but once again I can't seem to locate. Can anyone advise as to how to prep the legs before they go onto the holder. (spices, evvo etc)[p]How long to you cook them using the holder and at what temp. Direct Indirect?[p]On another note how can you find past postings. Thanks in advance Scott

gscottn,[p]Look about a third of the way down these postings for something entitled CHICK LEGS from 61 Chevy. My 2 cents worth involves low and slow roasting with DP rub and some cherry for smoke flavor.[p]Roudy
