I'm afraid to admit that I don't know what a fattie is, or how to cook one ..Help!!

    Smok'in CSI,[p]A fattie is a large uncased sausage slow smoked. Sometimes stuffed, usually rubbed with some dry rub, and always delicious. The easiest way to make one is to use a roll of Jimmie Dean or similar sausage and cook indirect until the internal temp is 170. Making your own sausage is much better.[p]Menus are all over the common sites and in the archives. I'm sure The Naked Whiz has something on his site.
