The Pork Butt Puller

Finally found a real Boston butt at the local grocery store and fixed it for pulling at dinner tonight. My husband, typically a person who is only amused at my enthusiasm for Egg cookery, came into the kitchen just after I put the cooked butt on the counter and said "let me do it, let me do it" (this coming from a 58-year-old). He had the best time pulling it and declared it the best pork he had ever had. Hmmmm. Maybe now I can get that small egg I've had my eye on...[p]Secret - let the spouse pull the meat![p]Janet
