Spatchcock Chicken el Loco

I marinated a whole chicken using a recipe intended to duplicate "El Pollo Loco" chicken (see link). After an hour in the marinade I prepared and cooked the chicken using the TheNakedWhiz's recipe for Spatchcock chicken. The results were simply unbelievable.[p]Thanks Whiz
