Reheating Ribs - the results.

Just wanted to say "thanks" to all those who responded to my post on 8/22 (Reheating Ribs). My intention was to cook the ribs on Saturday and bring them to a friend's house tomorrow as an appetizer. I've only had my BGE since the beginning of July but have tried cooking pizza, meatloaf, brisket, rack of lamb, chicken, burgers, etc. I was anxious to see how cooking ribs on the BGE would turn out.[p]Well I cooked them Saturday all right, but they didn't make it beyond dinner! I trimmed two racks of spare ribs (St. Louis Style) and used my own rub on one rack and JJ's rub on the other. I smoked them using the 3/2/1 method and they came out great! There was just no way these ribs were going to sit in the fridge for a few days! My wife and son both agreed that these were true "ribs".[p]By the way, I did get to reheat some leftovers the next day - I gently heated them in the microwave on a low setting and then popped them into the oven at 250° for about a half- hour - they were excellent.[p]In any case, it looks like we'll be bringing macaroni salad to my friend's place!
