When I haven't used my egg for awhile I get mold on the inside. Is this normal? If not, whats the problem and how do I fix it? Also, what do I do about the mold that is there now? Guess I'll fire it up to about 900 degrees-[p]Thanks in advance-

EggDawg,
it's normal for an unused egg...[p]solution is to use it!

stike,
Roger that....I will start the "solution" today! Feel much better-thanks

EggDawg,[p] stike's solution was tongue in cheek but actually is the most reliable way to prevent mold.[p] Anytime you have food particles and high humidity you have mold. If you use the egg more the mold doesn't have a chance to start growing.[p] Look at all the electricity you will be saving cooking on your egg instead of that thing in the house that causes the AC to run more.
