Naked Buffalo Butts (slighty modified)

Cooked these at home Tuesday night, they were a huge success. Grilled for about 100 Wednesday night (same menu except chicken quarters instead of burgers) served them again and I'm now a hero, thanks Rick.
100_3426.jpg[p]My future son-in-law the chef thought it would be better to debone the leg and thigh together, so I let him. We tied them instead of using a toothpick. I wanted to brown them a little more, he wanted to pull them 10 deg. sooner, I used Brads Carolina Seasoning. Also had Bacon wrapped chichen liver (a big hit for most folks).
OK I don't haven't had time to get my egg set up yet so I had to cook on my Holland gaser (greatest gas grill I have ever used) Next week I will cook on the Large BGE.
