Cooking a whole salmon??????
A fishing buddy gave me a nice 4 lb. salmon that I'm dreaming about
smoking on the egg. Have never egged a fishy before, so could sure
use some advice! I've always thought that a nice chunk of smoked
salmon, sandwiched in a salty cracker, along with an ice cold brew
is about as good as it gets. Thanks, pardners!!!

If it's a whole Salmon, I would first fillet it and skin it.
Then cook it according to the recipe below (see link attached).
This is what it should look like.
