Guava smoked spares with Cowtown BBQ sauce-thanks Chris Early!

<p />Well I forgot the rib pics but...i got to say that Cowtown BBQ sauce is the bomb! Chris Early of BBQ Team Eary Bird brought me some when he came out here to visit and man it goes so well with my guava smoked spares! I cooked them for 4.5 hours at 250 and 45 min. in cooler. Sauced 'em a little during the last couple hours and sauced 'em after we cut them. The family just raved and my 15 year old son is a bottomless pit anyway.[p]Now if my hand crank ice cream maker would have got here it would have been the perfect ending...[p]Aloha,[p]greg
