<p />My neighbors just gave me this bag of gourmet barbeque vegetable chips they found in Indianapolis. First time I saluted a bag of chips!!! They are made in NY so maybe youse guys out there have had them. The candy striped ones are of the beet family, the red is a sweet potato, dyed with beet juice but the blue is from a special blue potato. They certainly make a pretty dish on the table, but have a taste and smell one would have to get accustomed to - unlike grabbing a bag of chips and pigging out.

  • RRP,
The Terra Chip company makes a great sweet potato chip!!!

  • RRP,[p]The Terra Chips are part of the Hains Celestial group. Hains specializes in organic and natural products.[p]I have been in the Terra Chip production facility and was impressed by the variety of different vegetables that the use to make the different chips as well as their process, some of which is proprietary. They source their raw materials worldwide. They use beet juice to make some of the products red. It is pretty potent and stains the chips nicely as well as people. I think most of their products taste pretty good. I did a search and did not find a local supplier within 45 miles of Mahomet.[p]Our company provides blue corn that goes into some of the nationally branded blue corn chips.[p]Let me know if you have any specific questions about the Terra Chips. When I first found out about them, I was quite impressed with the variety of their products.[p]Smoke Diver
