I was planning to cook two London Broils this evening, but it looks like I will only need one. They have been marinating since last night. Should I cook them both and freeze one or freeze one raw even though it will have been in the marinade for roughly 18 hours. I have never frozen cooked red meat before and was not sure how it would hold up. I also wondered how the meat would hold up to marinating and then freezing raw.
