<p />need to work on this one a bit... peaches stuck to bottom of the pan, but dang good, mon![p]my neighbor had the recipe and all the ingredients so what could i do?[p]

Rick's Tropical Delight,[p]Looks great as always. When I do pineapple upside down the brown sugar keeps the pineapple from sticking. Would that help in your case? Happy 5th.

there was some brown sugar along with the peaches in the topping, which is actually the bottom. maybe next time i'll use more butter to grease the pans instead of just the butter wrapper. we took great care to place all the peaches in the pan all lined up and pretty like, then carefully poured in and spread the batter so as to not disturb the layout, only to have the peaches and some topping stick and have to be scraped out.[p]it's definately worth another try!

that's it, thanks![p]don't even ask me about the "two layer" setup i tried with the two cake pans. let's just say it didn't work. at least one pan came out ok.
