Great Day
What a Day. Started with an 8lb Pork Picnic for Pulled Pork. Next a turkey breast, still cooking, and will end with 2" thick Delmonico's. Since BBq and Beer go together, I had to have a fork in one hand and a Bud in the other. It don't get any better than this.

Actually, I made all this and all except the steaks, I vacuum packed and freeze for later use. Makes it easy to have pulled pork during the week after work, but uasually the neighbors wake up to the smell of BBQ and they all come over and help.
