Ribs and butt on a large?

Can you do ribs (2 maybe 3 racks) and a pork butt at the same time? If so does anyone have any pictures of the setup? I usually use a rib rack sitting on a plate setter feet up, drip pan, then the grill on top of that. When I close the lid I can feel the dome thermometer’s tip hitting the ribs.[p]Thanks,[p]Steve

Try removing the thermometer before closing the dome and then re-inserting so as not to bend or break it.
