Whole Trout Options?

I have some fresh whole trout to cook up, any suggestions. Should I cook whole or are fillets better? My family often doesn't like the fishy taste of trout, I thought of using an injector with Italian dressing.[p]CC

ColoradoCook,
I'd cook whole, stuff the cavity with fresh mint and slices of onion. No injection. (The "picky fish-eaters" I've cooked for have been less picky if I filetted their fish after cooking, out of their sight.)[p]BS

ColoradoCook:[p]Let the whole fish sit in fresh lemon and onions for a bit, rotate a time or two and do not forget the inside of the fish. Just before placing on the grill brush with olive oil and season with your preferred seasoning. Use care in turning and cook at 325º till done.
