Vegetable kabobs ....

I kind of blundered into this, and I'm sure all of you old-time eggers are well aware of it but, vegetable kabobs taste heavenly when properly egged.[p]My wife likes to eat meat, but she is also a veggie-nut, so she asked me to put some veggie/potato kabobs in for her recently when I was cooking regular meat kabobs for myself and my kids.[p]They were outstanding. Since then, we've cooked a bunch more, and almost always place some broccoli on the egg whenever we cook meat now. She marinates the broccoli, makes a little foil broccoli boat, places the broccoli in the foil 'boat' and I set it as far to the side of the grill as I can when I'm cooking meat. Then I take 'em off when I take off the burgers (or whatever else I'm cooking up), and they are awesome.[p]I'm not exactly a veggie kind of guy, but the vegetables really do taste amazingly good off the BGE.
