Shishkebobs?
Stuart
Posts: 110
I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong but any hints on cooking shishkebobs? I've got pork by itself on some skewers and veggies only on others. I like to separate them like that due to the shorter cooking time of veggies. How long on the pork at say 350-400? I'd just cook till they are done but my wife is trying to time a side dish.[p]Thanks,[p]Stuart

stuart,
Depend on the thickness, and cut of the meat. I usually cut the meat in strips and fold in onto the skewers, then cook about 15 minutes or so flipping every five or so minutes until browned on all sides. Cubed meat might take a few more minutes to finish inside. Veggies take a bit less time. I like them browned but a bit crunchy.[p]Have fun!
