Corned Beef Brisket Help

My wife brought home a beautiful looking Corned Beef Brisket from the Eye of the Round.
She wanted to boil it and make NE diner.
I say wait a minute, there must be a way to do it on the EGG.
Help Please, I'd like to do it tonight.

Big Daddy, The last one I did on the egg was flat and I did it like regular brisket, turned out great. The eye of round is a different story I think as it is much leaner cut.Maybe if you have a meat cutter that could get you a good fat cap to put on it, that would help. Sorry no definate help here.

Big Daddy,[p]I do corned beef often. I like to do it cajun style (lots of spices). I slow amoke it for at lease an hour or more a pound.[p]Smokey
