If you have not tried one of the boneless legs of lamb that are tied up like the boneless young breast of turkey that is available, I give them a big thumbs up. They do up beautifully, and the only thing bad about them is how much they cost, but even that is a small negative. A very nice holiday meal/treat and wonderful on the egg. [p][p]

Try the link below for a recipe to really spruce up that rolled lamb roast. Just unroll it, add seasoning, reroll it and tie it. It's great!

hounddog,[p]If you have a Costco nearby, check them out. I just bought a boneless leg of lamb there for $2.99 a pound. I haven't tried one yet, but if they are anything like the lamb chops I get at Costo, it will be great. Their lamb is all from Australia.[p]
