Fajitas

Anyone cooked fajitas on the egg. If you have, could you please kindly direct me to the instructions. Thanks

flajoker,[p] Yes, several folks have tried it with success. Basically there are two methods. The first is to slice the meat up before cooking, marinate and do a quick cook in a grill-topper or on the grid. Personally, I like to marinate the whole flank steak and sear it -- I slice it afterward for the fajitas . . .[p]MikeO

You can also do chicken by just sprinkling some skinless, boneless breasts with fresh limejuice and kosher salt.[p]Hope this helps,

I also mix some mesquite lump charcoal in with the regular lump when I cook fajitas.
