Just wanted to post these and show how tastey they look. Dont have a pic of the finished product but these darn thangs are great!! I have made them a few times now and the family loves em. Off hand I cannot remember who to give credit for this awesome recipe. You stuff them with Italian ham, mushrooms, and parsley, then finish with a pan sauce. I could eat these twice a week.[p]

[p]I need to try and butcher my own turkey so I can have thighs for this, legs to smoke for beans, and a bone-in breast for sandwhiches.
