I just love crab cakes, did you use a different recipe other than the one on the DP site? Or did you get premade? They look great. What did you fry them in?[p]Mike

I'm see'n and I'm believ'n I can do some like that too when I get the hang of it. My last ones were good but too salty (Spring Hen's fault) and I didn't use enough oil to cook 'em in (my fault). There's always a next time for everything.[p]Spring "Try Softer More Frequently" Chicken
