I just wanted to show my appreciation to Mike (QFan) and his team for the hospitality, generosity and advice at the Canadian Pork BBQ Championships on Saturday. After several email conversations, I was finally able to meet up with Mike and watch him and the Dizzy Pig North team in action. With everything that DP North has gone through in the past few months, I just wanted to let everyone know that Mike represents all of the good stuff that our American friends have come to know, and rely upon from Chris (Nature Boy)and the Dizzy Pig folks in the States. Here is hoping that Dizzy Pig Canada is up and running soon and that all of us Canuck Eggheads can, once again, stock up on their excellent product. Great people...great rubs.
