Help with Brisket
Greetings, I’m fairly new to the egg. I’ve owned one now for about six months. Most everything turns out great, but I’m still having problems with the brisket. So far I’ve cooked four and only one was really worth eating. I’ve tried temps from 200 to 250 and cooked them anywhere from 9 to 14 hours…. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.
